Meet Kirti Mehta
Kirti Mehta is the Founder of Target Your Success. Before stepping into full-time career counseling, she spent 16 years in banking leadership at HDFC Bank and DBS Bank, managing high-value client relationships and financial portfolios. That corporate experience now shapes how she counsels — she doesn’t just help students pick a stream or a college, she helps them understand the real-world skills, decision-making and communication that global employers actually look for.
Kirti transitioned into counseling to work more directly with young people and professionals navigating career confusion, combining data-driven psychometric assessment with Emotional Intelligence coaching. In 2025, she was recognized as a multi-award-winning professional for excellence in career guidance and institutional counseling. She specializes in Grade 9–12 stream selection, liberal arts guidance, and college admission strategy.
